1. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Payments must be made in full at checkout before your order is processed.
Aligné reserves the right to cancel or refund any order if stock becomes unavailable, payment isn’t received, or in cases of pricing or listing errors.


2. Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and courier delays.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with delivery updates.

Please note: Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Aligné is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues.


3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and product nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there’s a problem with your order, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at aligneglowup@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll review your request and assist you as quickly as possible 💕

We aim to describe and display all items as accurately as possible.
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen differences.
All measurements provided are approximate and may vary slightly between items.


5. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they’ve been processed or shipped.
If you need help making changes immediately after placing your order, please contact us within 2 hours — we’ll do our best to assist if your order hasn’t yet entered production or dispatch.
