📦 Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1–4 business days after purchase. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

🚚 Delivery Time

We currently ship worldwide. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs procedures.

  • South Africa: 10–25 business days

  • Worldwide: 12–35 business days

Our products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible while maintaining quality and care.

💕 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love your order. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (your order number or email receipt) is required.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
